Occupancy Agreement & Rates
Below is our basic occupancy agreement and policy guide. Please review these and then proceed to our Reservation Page to initiate a booking.
Basic Terms:
- Two night minimum stay
- To confirm booking a 50% deposit accompanied by fully executed OCCUPANCY AGREEMENT required. Balance payable 30 days prior to arrival date.
- Type of payment: MasterCard, Visa, Certified Bank Check, or Cash (with credit card no.)
Cancellation Policy:
- Deposit is fully refundable within two weeks of initial booking date.
- Payment is due in full, and is non refundable, for booking requests within 30 days of arrival.
Note:
- THE PROPERTY IS SMOKE AND PET FREE
- CHECK IN 4:00 P.M. CHECK OUT 11:00 A.M.
I/We the applicants declare that the information we submit in the process of making a reservation is true and accurate.
I/We understand that during our occupation of the property, we will be responsible for all damages which may occur to the
property and its contents, howsoever caused.
In lieu of a security deposit, owner reserves the right to charge for any loss or damage assessed upon departure (reasonable
wear and tear excepted).
I/We the undersigned here by acknowledge that the property is not a Tourist Accommodation but a fully furnished dwelling being offered for short term occupancy.
